基于中心地理论进行了各级充电站的选址网络布局,基于ArcGIS软件的空间分析功能及以规划成本最小且盈利为目标的经济性分析得到了充电站的具体选址方案;以供需平衡为原则,借助ArcGIS软件的分析功能确定了按需定容的步骤和算法;综上方法可得到了一个多时期的电动汽车选址定容计划。最后通过对南京河西区域的充电站的选址定容进行了案例分析。

The network location of the charging stations is designed on the basis of the central place theory; the specific location of the charging stations is designed based on the spatial analysis in ArcGIS software and economic analysis to minimize the cost; the size and volume of charging stations is determined with the analysis of ArcGIS software to keep the supply and demand balance; in conclusion, a plan of the electric vehicle locating and sizing considering multiple times is provided, finally, the site and the volume of the charging station in Nanjing Hexi area are designed as a case analysis.
