对科研项目资助规模进行合理性分析与测度是资助模式设计中非常重要的一项内容。文章从国家杰出青年科学基金项目人才储备应与创新研究群体项目规模相匹配的角度出发,分析了创新研究群体项目合理的规模设置,验证了自2014年起伴随着申请方式转变而进行的创新研究群体项目资助规模调整的合理性,也为该项目未来发展提出政策建议。

In order to further improve the functional integrity of NSFC in talent training, various types of talent projects should form an organic connection in the talent training funding chain.SFrom the perspective that the talent pool of national outstanding youth science foundation project should match the scale of innovative research group project, the article analyzed reasonable scale settings of the innovation research group project, proved the rationality of innovation research group project’s scale adjustment along with the changes in the way of applying since 2014, as well as put forward some suggestions for the future development of the project.
