摘要:

按照广东科技金融结合的发展历程,可将其划分为起步期、探索期、快速发展期和全面发展期四个阶段,研究发现：在不同阶段,广东科技金融结合的政策倾向、发展重点等均有较大差异,通过多年来在科技金融政策体系构建、模式试点示范、服务平台搭建及产品服务创新等方面广泛而深入的创新实践,广东科技金融结合工作取得了重要发展成效,走出了一条具有广东特色的发展道路。但是也存在科技金融信息化水平较低、行业监管不到位、专业人才队伍建设滞后等问题,最后针对当前存在问题提出了若干促进科技金融深度融合的对策建议。

Abstract:

The development process of science and technology combined with finance in Guangdong can be divided into four stages as initial stage, exploration period, rapid development period and comprehensive development period. The research shows that the policy orientation and development priorities of Guangdong science and technology combined with finance are quite different in each stage. Through years of extensive and in-depth innovative practice in scientific and technological financial policy system construction, model pilot demonstration, service platform construction and product service innovation and other aspects, Guangdong science and technology combined with finance work has made important achievements with Guangdong characteristics, but there are also problems such as information level of science , technology and finance is low, industry regulation is not in place, the construction of professional personnel is lag and so on, finally put forwards some countermeasures to promote the deep integration of science and technology with finance.
