Abstract:The dynamic mechanism is the core issue and fundamental force of China fostering an advanced manufacturing base with global influence, and can effectively integrate a series of driving forces to drive the formation and development of the advanced manufacturing base, and play the overall synergistic effect into the sustainable competitive advantage. It can give play to overall synergy effect and convert it into continuous competitive advantage. While China’s economy enters a new normal, China’s manufacturing industry is encountered with many changes such as complex variation in market demands, unsustainable driving factors, insufficient self innovation capability, the fact that industrial policies are a double-edged sword, and necessity for sustained improvement of system support, all of which affect and restrict the continuous and healthy development of China’s manufacturing industry. According to actual development of China’s manufacturing industry and the objectives and requirements for fostering a globally influential manufacturing base, we build a mutually coupled dynamic mechanism model with market demands being essential driving force, capital, human resources and technology being basic dynamic, policy being guiding dynamic and system being support dynamic, and analyze the role of six major dynamic factors such as market demands, capital, human resources, technical policies and system in the dynamic mechanism. Based on above, we put forward three major implementation suggestions, including offering high-quality manufacturing products effectively based on market demands, optimizing the allocation of high-end production factors with innovation oriented and Constructing the policy system of implementing innovation driven strategy, to promote the realization of the goal of manufacturing power.
