“双创”背景下科研人员创业意向影响因素研究 ----基于423份问卷调查分析

Research on the Influencing Factors of the researchers’ Intention of Entrepreneurship: Based on 423 questionnaires in Jiangxi province

摘要:

利用江西省423位科研人员的调查数据,运用二元Logistic 模型实证分析了影响科研人员创业意愿因素。结果表明：在科研人员个体特征和单位特征中,性别、最高学历、职业身份、海外学习经历以及单位科研成果需求程度水平、科研单位骨干稳定情况、科研单位出台的创新创业细则以及科研成果处置政策和激励措施均具有显著影响；在外部环境层面中,科技人才评价机制、省科研诚信建立和实施情况、单位提供的创业支持条件、政府为科技人才提供的创业服务体系以及当前以课题和文章为核心的考核评价方式为重要影响因素。最后从科研单位和政府二个层面提出了相应对策建议。

Abstract:

Based on the survey data of 423 researchers in Jiangxi Province, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of scientific researchers by using the dualistic Logistic model. The results showed that: in the individual characteristics and unit characteristics of scientific researchers, personnel, gender, highest degree, occupation identity, overseas learning experience and demand level of scientific research results in units, a stable situation of backbone in ,the rules of innovation and entrepreneurship issued by scientific research units as well as management policies and incentive measures about scientific research, all of them take on significant impacts; in the provincial science and technology talent management system and the provincial science and technology innovation and entrepreneurial talent incentive measures, macro management system of provincial science and technology talents and evaluation system about the work to promote technological talents’ development, establishment and Implementation on the center of provincial scientific research integrity, the innovative and entrepreneurial conditions, the innovative and entrepreneurial financial support provided by units, test instrument support of entrepreneurship and innovation came from units , knowing government policy incentives and preferential information in time at work, service for the technological talent provided by government, service system of provincial technology innovation and evaluation and reward system of technological achievements and the current evaluation methods based on the topic and the article , above all the things are the important factors.
