产学研协同创新绩效是在一定的协同创新环境下，协同创新各方投入和产出的统一体。本文通过构建评价产学研协同创新绩效的投入和产出指标，运用因子分析提取出学研方创新能力、企业方创新能力和协同创新协同度等三个协同创新绩效主因子，并根据每个因子的贡献率/累积贡献率，确定出三个因子的各自权重。基于省域数据计算得出各中国30个省份、自治区和直辖市的因子总得分和排名情况。进而通过产学研协同创新绩效评价结果，总结得出各自协同创新的现状以及存在的问题，从而有针对性地提出相应的解决方案，从而为国家创新系统整体绩效的提升服务。

Under certain collaborative innovation environment, the performance of collaborative research innovation is a unity. inputs and outputs parties. The paper has constructed the evaluation indicators to research on the input and output of collaborative innovation performance. Through factor analysis, it has been obtained that collaborative innovation performance indicators can be attributed to the three main co-factors, i.e. university and research units’ innovation, enterprise innovation and collaborative innovation degree. Using the contribution ratio of each factor / cumulative contribution rate, three factors determine the respective weights. Based on provincial data calculated for each 30 Chinese provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of the total score and ranking factors. Further research through collaborative innovation performance evaluation results can be summarized obtain their current situation and problems of collaborative innovation, which puts forward the corresponding solutions, to enhance the overall performance of the national innovation system services.
