提升湖北区域创新创业能力的实证研究

An Empirical Research on Improving the Regional innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Hubei Province

摘要:

双创是经济转型最大的新动能，是中国版供给经济学的成功实践。以创业带动就业，对冲经济下行产生的就业风险，通过创新实现提质增效，推动产业升级和创新驱动。通过万众创新，创造新需求，实现新供给，培养新技术、新产业、新业态和新模式，推动经济发展方式从传统的要素驱动、投资驱动向创新驱动转变。运用SWOT分析理论，在分析湖北省创新创业发展优势、劣势、机遇和威胁的基础上，从革新体制机制、培养创新创业主体、优化创新创业环境等方面提出提升湖北创新创业能力的策略。

Abstract:

Mass-Innovation is the biggest new energy of economic transition，which is a successful practice of the Chinese supply-side economics. Entrepreneurship creates more employment opportunities，hedging risk produced by the economic downturn. To achieve the quality and efficiency by innovation，which can promote industrial upgrading and innovation-driven. Through public innovation，creating new demand，realizing new supply，developing new technologies，new industries and new forms and new pattern， promoting transformation of economic development mode from the traditional elements-driven and investment-driven to innovation-driven. Using SWOT analysis theory，on the basis of analyzing the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of innovation and entrepreneurship in Hubei Province, by innovating system and mechanism，cultivating subject，optimizing innovative and entrepreneurial environment and so on to put forward the strategies of improving innovative and entrepreneurial ability of Hubei Province.
