完善区域知识产权金融服务推进机制的对策研究

摘要:

推进知识产权金融服务的发展是践行创新驱动发展战略的重要方式。浙江省知识产权金融服务主要集中在专利权与商标权质押贷款、专利保险等方面,知识产权金融服务工作具有其特点；在知识产权金融政策支持上,各地也采取了许多因地制宜的举措。针对浙江省知识产权金融服务发展存在的问题,建议从建立知识产权出资服务机制,完善企业和金融机构需求对接机制,完善知识产权金融风险管理机制,完善政府知识产权金融引导机制等方面加以改进。

Abstract:

Promoting the development of intellectual property financial services is an important way to implement the innovation driven development strategy. Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property financial services mainly concentrated in the patent right and trademark right, patent pledge loan insurance and other financial services, intellectual property has its characteristics; in the intellectual property financial policy support, all have also taken a number of local initiatives. In view of the existing intellectual property rights of Zhejiang Province financial services development problems, suggestions from the establishment of intellectual property investment service mechanism, improve the financial institutions and enterprises demand docking mechanism, improve the intellectual property mechanism of financial risk management, to improve government financial guiding mechanism and other aspects of intellectual property rights.
