随着经济全球化和网络信息技术的发展,世界经济逐渐由封闭式系统转向开放式系统,企业创新日趋呈现出开放式创新的特征,有效整合内外部创新资源的能力对企业的创新发展尤为重要。创新资源整合能力受到制度、文化、技术、社会规范等多种因素影响和制约,高效的知识流动和有效的合作网络是开放式环境下影响企业创新资源整合能力的关键因素。文章融合知识基础观和动态能力理论,从知识整合能力和动态学习能力两个方面,构建了企业创新资源整合能力形成机理的集成分析框架,系统阐释了开放式创新环境下,企业如何通过构建高效的知识流动和有效的合作网络,来提升企业的创新能力和创新绩效。

With the development of economic globalization and network information technology, the world economy has gradually shifted from a closed system to an open system, enterprise innovation is increasingly presents the characteristics of open innovation, The ability to integrate internal and external innovation resources effectively is particularly important for the innovation and development of enterprises.
