近年来被日本电子产品制造企业广泛采用的Seru 生产是一种兼具柔性和效率的生产方式。订单指派决策直 接影响着Seru 生产系统的柔性水平和生产能力利用率。基于对Seru 生产系统性能评价指标和Seru 生产系统下订单 指派问题特征的分析,通过识别订单指派问题中影响柔性和生产能力利用率的4 种属性,即品种、时间、质量、成本, 分别用以上4 种属性来描述Seru 和订单的特征,构建Seru 生产系统下考虑多重属性匹配的订单指派问题的数学模型, 设计启发式算法对模型进行求解,并通过算例证明模型和算法的有效性。

Seru production, with high flexibility and efficiency, has become the most applied production mode in Japan's electronics industry in recent years. Order dispatching influences the level of flexibility and capacity utilization of Seru production systems directly. Based on the analysis of performance measures of Seru production systems and features of order dispatching problems in Seru production systems, this paper identifies the four attributes influencing flexibility and capacity utilization, namely type, time, quality, and cost. A mathematical model is developed to solve the order dispatching problem with the consideration of the aforementioned attributes of Serus and orders and a heuristic algorithm is proposed. The computational results of numerical examples validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
