Abstract:This paper mainly studies the strategic motivation and its influencing factors of Standard Alliance. Based on survey datd of 450 enterprises in Zhejiang province, the results shows that the strategic motivation of enterprise standard alliance mainly includes the reduction of market uncertainty, the acquisition of knowledge, market access and the consistency with government policy, but it is different from the general strategic alliance. Enterprise R D intensity, market innovation, company size, international trade, whether to set up the independent standardization organization and the competitive environment influence the strategic motivation of enterprise standard alliance. The research results have certain guiding significance to the technical standard alliance and the standard implementation efficiency.
