本文从科技型中小企业的融资现状、融资信用评价指标在科技型中小企业融资过程中的作用与必要性,阐述科技型中小企业融资信用评价指标选取的重要性；从科技型中小企业的特殊性,提出可采用定量与定性相结合的方法,以企业发展前景、企业资产状况和企业经营状况等重要方面考虑,提出其融资信用评价指标。

Abstract:

With the analysis on current financing situation of science and technology SME, together with the necessity and effect of financing credit evaluation index during the financing process, this paper expounds the significance of index selection for science and technology SME financing credit evaluation. At the meanwhile, in consideration of science and technology SME particularity, proposing the combination of quantitative and qualitative method during financing credit evaluation index selection, under general consideration including development prospect, asset status and operating conditions etc. of science and technology SME.
