广东创新平台体系建设与发展问题研究

Research on the construction and development ofinnovation platform system in Guangdong

摘要:

改革开放以来,广东创新平台历经建设、整合、提高、跨越发展四个阶段,全面渗透并作用于科技创新活动的全过程和科技支撑引领经济社会发展的各环节,是自主创新的“主战场”、科技体制改革的“先锋队”、科技成果转化的“重要载体”、创新资源的“集聚地”、创新驱动发展的“新引擎”,成为区域创新体系的重要组成部分和关键节点。本文从广东创新平台的分类及作用入手,归纳总结这些平台建设的主要做法、成效及经验,剖析存在问题,并提出今后发展的思路及建议,供科技管理部门决策参考。

Abstract:

Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong innovation platform has undergone four stages: construction, integration, improvement and leapfrogging. It has fully penetrated and applied to the whole process of scientific and technological innovation activities and the support of science and technology to lead the economic and social development. It is the "main battlefield" of independent innovation, the "vanguard" of the scientific and technological system reform, the "important carrier" of scientific and technological achievements, the "gathering place" of innovation resources, the "new engine" of innovation driven development, and becoming an important part and key node of regional innovation system. This paper starts from the classification and function of Guangdong innovation platform, sums up the main practices, achievements and experiences of these platform construction, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the ideas and suggestions for future development for reference of scientific and technological management departments.
