基于区位熵的中国科技服务业空间集聚 测度理论与对策研究

摘要:

从国内外相关理论和文献分析出发，采用空间基尼系数、行业集中度和区位熵三个指标指数对中国科技服务业集聚程度进行测度，并基于1997-2013年各省域统计数据，实证分析中国科技服务业空间集聚情况及特征，全面分析中国科技服务业发展现状、存在问题、发展趋势，从明晰政府与市场的职能定位、建设科技服务业集聚区、加大财政科研投入、整合科技资源、创新商业模式、推动协同创新、强化人才引进培养等方面提出促进科技服务业集聚发展的对策建议。

Abstract:

This paper bases on related theories and literature analysis at home and abroad，analyzing China's development present situation of service industry，existing problems and development trend of science and technology comprehensively，through the space Gini coefficient，the industry concentration and location quotient to measure the agglomeration degree of science and technology service industry in our country. Base on the provinces domain data from 1997 to 2013，analyzing service industry agglomeration situation and characteristics in our country empirically. Finally，from the aspect of clearing functional orientation，the construction of science and technology service industry agglomeration area，increasing investment in scientific research，integration of science and technology strength，innovative business model，promoting synergy innovation and strengthening personnel training，etc. to put forward concrete countermeasures.
