中国高技术产业R D的外资依存度测算与比较研究

Measurement and Comparison of Foreign Capital Dependence of R&D in China's High-tech Industry

摘要:

自20世纪90年代以来,跨国公司在华设立R D机构的数量逐年增多,已经成为我国高技术企业R D活动的重要力量,而且扮演着越来越重要的角色,在部分行业和部分地区甚至已居主导地位。文章采用外资企业R D人员折合全时当量、外资企业R D经费支出、外资企业新产品销售收入、外资企业有效发明专利等四类指标,分别从行业视角和区域视角,对中国高技术产业的R D外资依存度进行测算与比较研究,并提出相应的发展对策。

Abstract:

Since 1990s,the number of multinational companies to set up R D institutions in China increased year by year,has become an important force in R D activities of high-tech enterprises in our country,and plays a more and more important role in some industries and even in some areas has been in the leading position. The author selects four types of indicators： the equivalent of R D personnel of foreign-funded enterprises,the R D expenditure of foreign-funded enterprises,the sales revenue of new products of foreign-funded enterprises, and the effective invention patents of foreign-funded enterprises to measure and compare foreign capital dependence of R D. The paper calculates and compares the foreign investment dependence of R D in China"s high-tech industry from the perspective of industry and regional perspective,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
