Abstract:This thesis builds the theoretical analysis framework of shared leadership, organization structure and knowledge sharing and uses hierarchical linear model (HLM). The empirical research is carried out with institutes of quality technology inspection as the research object. The research has showed that, the performance expectations, power and responsibility sharing and team learning of shared leadership have a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior. There is no significant effect by mutual collaboration on knowledge sharing. The complication and regularization of organizational structure has a significantly mesmeric effect to shared leadership and knowledge sharing, while centralization didn"t pass the inspection. This thesis further reveals the internal mechanism between shared leadership and knowledge sharing, not only expand the theory space of shared leadership and knowledge sharing, but also improving the efficiency of knowledge sharing, further providing the practical guidance for team performance.
