电子商务驱动产业集群供应链协同机制案例研究

A Case Study on Mechanism of Supply Chain Coordination in Industrial Cluster with Electronic Commerce Driving

摘要:

随着产业集群的规模不断扩大，产业集群内同质化竞争严重、企业之间缺乏有效的信息沟通与共享，供应链协同能力弱等问题不断涌现出来，但在此时，电子商务的发展也大大改变了产业集群的生产组织方式，并且在很大程度上促进着产业集群的进一步转型升级，为产业集群供应链的持续创新发展提供了难得的机遇。本文综述了产业集群供应链的协同能力的研究现状，分析了产业集群供应链的关键影响因素和外部需求条件，基于此，从不同角度考虑了电子商务对产业集群供应链的驱动效应，并提出了相应的相关的研究假设，通过案例研究分析得出结论：电子商务有利于促进产业集群供应链的信息协同、增强企业间的信任合作、缩短市场响应时间、快速整合市场资源、促进集群供应链内企业间的协作和竞争。

Abstract:

With the scale of industrial clusters increasing,many problems are emerging,such as the serious homogeneity competition in industry clusters,lacking of effective communication and information sharing between enterprises,the ability of supply chain collaboration become weak and so on. At the same time,the development of electronic commerce not only has greatly changed the mode of production and organization in industrial clusters,but also promoted the further transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters to a great extent. Electronic commerce provides a rare opportunity for continuous innovation development of supply chain in industrial cluster.This paper reviews research status of the ability of supply chain coordination in industrial cluster, analyses the critical influence factors and external demand conditions of industrial cluster supply chain.Based on this,this paper attempts to confirming the driving effect of electronic commerce on industrial clusters and proposing corresponding proposition hypothesis. The propositions of this paper are tested by the case study,findings show that electronic commerce can contribute to information coordination of supply chain in industrial cluster, enhancing trust and cooperation among enterprises, integrating of market resources rapidly,facilitating collaboration and competition among enterprises of supply chain in industrial cluster.
