分析了目前研究生科研创新能力培养存在的问题,结合项目管理的内涵和优势,以暨南大学的实践探讨了项目管理在研究生创新能力培养中应用的必要性和可行性,并从体制机制、人才培养、质量保障等方面提出了建议,以期对我国研究生教育改革提供参考,提高研究生创新能力培养质量。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduates' scientific research and innovation ability, combines the connotation and advantages of project management, discusses the necessity and feasibility of the application of project management in the cultivation of graduate students by the practice of Jinan University, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of theapplication of institutional management. Some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of system and mechanism, personnel training, quality assurance and so on, with a view to China's graduate education reference to improve the quality of graduate training.
