Perspective on China 's Innovation Ability from the Main International Evaluation Report

目前国际上具有广泛影响力、对国家创新能力开展评价的权威报告主要有《全球竞争力报告》、《世界竞争力年鉴》、《全球创新指数》和《欧盟创新记分牌》。这些报告都是基于评价指标体系，对全球经济体的经济竞争力和创新实力进行比较和排名。中国在四个评价报告中的综合排名基本处于20－30位之间。而在细分指标方面，中国的创新表现差异较大，反映了国家创新能力存在的优势和不足。

Abstract:

At present, there are "Global Competitiveness Report", "World Competitiveness Yearbook", "Global Innovation Index" and "European Innovation Scoreboard", which have broad international influence and are authoritative reports of evaluating national innovation capacity. Based on the evaluation index system, these reports compare and rank the economic competitiveness and innovation strengths of the global economy. In the four evaluation reports, China’s comprehensive ranking is between 20th and 30th. In terms of subdivision indicators, China's innovation performance is quite different, reflecting the national innovation ability of the advantages and disadvantages.
