创新驱动战略下的知识产权贸易国际竞争力及其影响因素分析—以北京市为例

Analysis on the international competitiveness of intellectual property rights and its influencing factors under the innovation driven strategy —a case of study of Beijing City

摘要:

随着经济全球化的推进,知识产权贸易已发展成为WTO中的重要支柱之一。“十三五”时期,北京市已成为国内最具知识产权影响力的城市,如何进一步推动创新驱动战略实施；促进北京知识产权贸易发展；提高知识产权贸易国际竞争力,将成为北京知识产权工作新一轮的挑战与机遇。本文首先运用 TC 指数、MI指数定量分析了北京知识产权出口贸易的国际竞争力,并在此基础上运用钻石模型分析了北京知识产权贸易存在的问题；随后通过因子分析法确立指标体系,最后筛选出对影响北京知识产权贸易发展的主要指标构建多元回归模型。实证分析结果发现：科技活动人员、研发投入、专利授权量和北京知识产权贸易进口额对北京知识产权出口贸易竞争力产生重要影响；但同时具备诸多阻碍北京知识产贸易发展的因素,基于以上结果提出相应对策建议。

Abstract:

With the development of economic globalization, intellectual property trade has become one of the important pillars of WTO. "13th Five-Year" period, Beijing city has become the most influential city of intellectual property rights, how to further promote innovation driven strategy implementation; to promote the Beijing intellectual property trade development; improve the international competitiveness of intellectual property trade, Beijing will become the intellectual property of a new round of challenges and opportunities. This paper firstly uses the TC index, MI index and quantitative analysis of the international competitiveness of Beijing export trade of intellectual property rights, and on the basis of using the diamond model to analyze the existing problems of Beijing intellectual property trade; then the establishment of the index system through factor analysis, finally selected to construct the multiple regression model of main index of Beijing intellectual property trade development. The empirical analysis results show that: the activities of science and technology personnel, R D investment, patents have an important impact and Beijing intellectual property trade imports of intellectual property in Beijing export trade competitiveness; but also have many obstacles in Beijing intellectual property trade development factors, based on the above results puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
