聚焦高技术企业,发展社会经济。本文采用协整检验、脉冲响应分析和方差分解分析高技术企业其规模和研发资金投入关系,结果表明：高技术企业规模和研发资金投入存在着长期稳定的关系；研发资金投入对于企业规模具有正向拉动作用,企业规模对于研发资金投入具有负向拉动作用。针对此种规律,提出了通过增加研发资金投入扩增企业规模的相关建议。

Focus on high - tech enterprises,develop social economy.Using cointegration test,impulse response analysis and analysis of variance,this paper analyzes the relationship between the enterprise scale and R D capital investment of high tech enterprises. The results show:there is a long-term stable relationship between the enterprise scale and R D capital investment of high tech enterprises;R D capital investment has a positive effect on the enterprise scale,and the enterprise scale has a negative effect on R D capital investment.According to this regular pattern,we propose to expand the enterprise scale by increasing R D capital investment.
