Abstract:The quality of cooperation of major scientific research projects is a key factor affecting the final output of major scientific research projects. The paper analyzes the factors that influence the performance of the cooperation team of major scientific research projects by regression analysis from three dimensions: relationship attitude, cooperative practice and common ability. The research shows that the influence of relationship attitude, cooperative practice and common ability is very relevant to the performance of scientific research. The quality of cooperation has some mediating effect on the scientific research performance which is influenced by the relationship of attitude, cooperative practice and common ability. Based on the empirical conclusion, the management suggestions for optimizing the performance of major scientific research projects are put forward from the angle of scientific research team formation and monitoring of cooperation quality in the research process.
