“中国制造2025”提出要建设“新型”制造业体系,佛山市是中国制造业发达城市,也是“国家制造业转型升级综合改革试点”城市,对佛山市制造业的评价有助于窥探我国制造业“新型化”的发展方向,为其他地区的新型制造业发展提供参考。根据“中国制造2025”行动纲领和评价指标,结合既往研究文献和数据可得性,构建了面向“中国制造2025”的佛山市新型制造业综合评价指标体系,结果表明,佛山市制造业的经济效益、科技创新能力、能源节约能力、环境保护能力以及社会服务能力都在不断提升,整体发展态势向好。

The construction of new-type manufacturing system has been put forward in Chinese Manufacturing Industry 2025. Foshan is a China"s manufacturing industry developed city and national manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading comprehensive reform pilot city. The evaluation of Foshan manufacturing contributes toSprySinto the development direction of Chinese new-type manufacturing industry,and offer some references for otherSregions. According to the program of action and evaluation indicators in Chinese Manufacturing Industry 2025, combining research literatures and the data availability, this paper builds the comprehensive evaluation index system of Foshan new-type manufacture. The results show that the economic benefits, science and technology innovation, energy conservation, environmental protection and social service ability of Foshan manufacturing are improved and the overall development situation is good.
