    摘要:

    针对失效模式严酷度评估维度体系构建存在着不完备性、重复性以及缺乏系统化理论依据的问题,根据工艺失效影响所涉及的方面与企业责任的类型之间的对应关系,按照产权边界理论、感知风险理论和制造成熟度理论,构建了制造工艺失效严酷度评估维度体系的选取模型。依据评估维度鉴别能力的定义,给出了适用于模糊风险评估的鉴别力系数计算公式,并以维度个数最小化和体系信息含量最大化为目标,以主成分分析法对体系完备性的要求为约束条件,建立了基于各维度权重和各维度评估数据的多目标数学优化模型。最后,以飞机组合空气散热器与涡轮安装工艺流程的工艺失效严酷度分析为例,运用该数学优化模型,将评估维度由15个优化到8个,验证了该模型的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of incompleteness, repetitiveness and the lack of systematic theoretical basis, the selection model of dimension system to evaluate the severity of manufacturing process failure modes is set up on basis of the Property Boundary Theory, the Risk Perceive Theory and Manufacturing Readiness Level(MRL) Theory according to the direct correspondence between the aspects of the effects of process failure mode and the types of enterprise’s responsibility. At the same time, the calculation formula of the discernment coefficient for fuzzy risk evaluation is created in accordance with the definition of the resolving ability of the evaluation dimensionality. And taking the system’s completeness demanded by the principal component analysis as the constraint condition, the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization problem based on the dimensions’ weights and evaluation data is given to minimize the number of dimensions and maximize the information content of the dimension system. Finally, the severity analysis on the assembly process of the built-up air radiator and the turbine of aircraft is given to illustrate the application of the mathematical optimization model. The result shows that the dimensions are optimized from 15 to 8 by using the model and the effectiveness of the model is verified.
