摘要:

发展创新型经济是一个国家或地区转变经济发展方式、形成持续发展动力的重要战略。借鉴国内外创新型经济发展的 经验及教训，总结创新型经济的内涵及特征，以摆脱传统经济发展方式的路径依赖为目标，从创新系统角度，提出产业、制度、文化、社会四个维度的系统路径理论，进而结合广东实际，提出广东省创新型经济的发展路径，提出具体对策。

Abstract:

The development of an innovative economy is an important strategy for a country or region to transform its economic development and form a sustainable development momentum. Learn from the domestic and foreign experiences and lessons of innovative economic development , summarize the connotation and characteristics of the innovation economy, aim at getting rid of the path dependence of the traditional economic development mode, and propose the System path theory from four dimensions of industry, system, culture and society from the perspective of innovation system, and then combined with Guangdong reality, advance the development path of innovation economy in Guangdong Province, put forward specific countermeasures.
