高校众创空间的运行机制及管理策略——以广东工业大学创客空间为例

摘要:

众创空间是一种新型的创新创业孵化模式。高校众创空间对提升学生创新创业能力，提高就业竞争力和创业成功率，推动地方经济产业转型升级具有重要的意义。探讨将高校众创空间的功能定位为非盈利性的服务平台、人才培养的试验园区、开放式的资源集聚地、知识产权和技术转移中心，并从管理团队、管理制度、进退机制、运营支持等方面设计运行机制，从建设理念、虚实平台、师资队伍、文化活动等采取相应的策略，推动向GIS（群体创新空间）、“前孵化器”、PNP创业孵化器发展。

Abstract:

The public innovation space is a new model of innovation and entrepreneurship. It is of great significance to improve the students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, improve the competitiveness of employment and entrepreneurial success, and promote the transformation and upgrading of local economic industry. This paper discusses the function of the public innovation space in universities as a non-profit service platform, an experimental park for talents training, an open resource gathering place, an intellectual property and technology transfer center. It designs the operation mechanism of public innovation space from the management team, management system, advance and retreat mechanism, operational support and other aspects, takes the appropriate strategy from the construction concept, the actual situation platform, teachers, cultural activities, etc., and promotes?the development?of the public innovation space in universities to the GIS (group innovation space), pre-incubator, PNP business incubator.
