本文依据GJB5000A过程域将航天型号软件的需求管理过程分为五个实践,并重定义了结合敏捷方法的这五个实践,给出了基于GJB5000A的航天型号软件敏捷需求管理活动流程图。将需求管理活动流程看做是一种工作流,在对需求管理活动建模时引入petri网技术,建立一个可靠的需求管理活动模型,并通过petri网可达树和可覆盖树的分析方法对建立的模型进行初步分析。最后将定义的需求管理过程实际运用到项目中,证明其科学性和可行性。

Based on the GJB5000A process domain, this paper divides the requirement management process of aerospace software into five practices, and redefines the five practices of agile method, and gives the flow chart of agile requirement management activities of aerospace model software based on GJB5000A. The requirement management activity process is seen as a workflow. This paper introduces Petri net technology when modeling requirement management process, establishes a reliable requirement management process model, and analyzes the reachable tree and covered tree for a preliminary analysis of the established model.Finally, the definition of the demand management process is applied to the project, to prove its scientific and feasibility.
