Abstract:Using DEA model and entropy method and considering the environmental optimization factors, this paper constructs the evaluation system of industrial transformation of resource-based cities, and evaluates the efficiency of 40 typical urban-grade resource-based cities by using the index data of 2015. The results show that the efficiency of industrial transformation is low in China, and the evaluation of DEA is ineffective in most cities, and the level of comprehensive efficiency of urban industrial transformation depends largely on the scale efficiency of the city. And further classified according to the different characteristics of the city, and found that the central region, oil, large-scale resource-based city industrial transformation efficiency is higher. Through analyzing the input and output indicators’ potential and tried to provide scientific basis for the decision-making optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
