Abstract:It is necessary to reward scientific research team and members, in order to promote the cooperation of team and quality of research. In the case of a certain wages and reward, a reward model for team and members is constructed on contribution to team, for fear of vicious competition from unreasonable performance reward system. The work in scientific research organization is divided into two types, namely research type and production type. The contribution and reward amount is calculated in two ways corresponding to the two types. Moreover, a kind of performance reward management rule is proposed, which is equal between superior and subordinate department. According this rule, the award amount of team and members, which is granted by subordinate, comes from wages amount checked by superior based on contribution.
