台湾创业型理工科大学建设模式及其对广东的启示

The Construction of Entrepreneurial Science and Engineering Universities in Taiwan and Its Enlightenments to Guangdong

摘要:

朝阳科技大学和高雄第一科技大学在推动创新创业教育和创新创业育成等方面具有先进经验。本文通过对比分析两所大学开展创新创业活动的推进措施，从统一战略联盟、多元化创业教学、融合科研创业理念、强有力治理机制和扩宽组织结构等方面归纳总结了其创业型大学的建设模式，并为“双创”背景下广东省如何建设创新创业型理工科大学提出几点建议。

Abstract:

Chaoyang University of Technology and Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology have the advanced experience in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education and incubation. By comparing the promotion measures of innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, this paper summarizes the construction experience of entrepreneurial university, which included unified strategic alliance, diversified of entrepreneurial teaching, integration of scientific research and entrepreneurship idea, strong governance mechanisms and the expansion of the organizational structure. Moreover, some suggestions were put forward for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurial universities of science and engineering in Guangdong province.
