欠发达地区特色产业链实施“互联网 ”行动的路径研究

Path Designing of Implementing “Internet Plus” Action of Characteristic Industrial Chains in Less Developed Areas——a Case Study of Characteristic Industrial Chains in Qinghai province

互联网不仅影响现代工作生活,也已渗透到传统产业。文章在分析青海省特色产业链信息化现状的基础上,提出欠发达地区特色产业链与“互联网 ”深度融合的路径——“四位一体”(知识共享平台、大数据服务平台、网络销售平台和物流信息平台四个平台共同支持特色产业链)的新型信息化模式,并提出具体实施措施。研究为“互联网 ”背景下欠发达地区特色产业链的建设与发展提供思路。

Abstract:

The Internet has entered all fields of modern society. It is penetrating into traditional industries. The paper analyzes current informatization situation of characteristic industrial chains in Qinghai province, and designs the path of implementing“Internet Plus” action, which are the “four in one” informatization mode of these industries chains and some specific measures, here “four in one” means four platforms(knowledge sharing platform, big data service platform, online sales platform, logistics information platform) to support these industries chains. The paper provides reference for the construction and development strategies of characteristic industrial chains in less developed areas on the background of “Internet Plus”.
