民营科技企业社会责任与企业绩效的实证研究：社会资本视角

An empirical study on social responsibility and corporate performance of private scientific and technological enterprises: from the perspective of social capital

摘要：现有文献对企业社会责任与企业绩效开展了大量的理论和实证研究，但鲜有文献对转型期的中国民营科技企业社会责任如何影响企业绩效的作用机制的探讨。本研究利用广东和江西两省的320家民营科技企业样本数据，在将民营科技企业社会责任分为内部社会责任和外部社会责任基础上，实证分析了民营科技企业社会责任与企业绩效的关系并检验了企业横向社会资本和纵向社会资本在二者之间的中介效应。研究显示：具有较高的横向社会资本的民营科技企业内部社会责任对企业绩效影响较大，横向社会资本较高的民营科技企业外部社会责任对企业绩效影响较小。具有较丰富的纵向社会资本的民营科技企业的内部社会责任对企业绩效影响较大，纵向社会资本较高的民营科技企业外部社会责任对企业绩效的影响较小。

Abstract: the existing literature has carried out a lot of theoretical and empirical studies on corporate social responsibility and corporate performance, but there is little literature on the social responsibility of private technology enterprises Chinese transition mechanism how to influence the performance of enterprise. This study based on the sample data of Guangdong and Jiangxi two provinces of 320 private science and technology enterprises, the private science and technology enterprise social responsibility is divided into internal and external social responsibility social responsibility based on the empirical analysis of the relationship between the private science and technology enterprise social responsibility and corporate performance and test the mediating effect of enterprise horizontal social capital and social capital in the vertical between the two. Research shows that: the internal social responsibility of private technology enterprises horizontal social capital has a higher impact on enterprise performance, less influence of external social responsibility of private technology enterprises transverse higher social capital on enterprise performance. The social responsibility of private science and technology enterprises have vertical social capital rich the influence on enterprise performance, less influence on the performance of enterprises outside the social responsibility of private science and technology enterprise longitudinal higher social capital.
