本文运用统计数据分析、实地调研等方法,从专利的创造、运用、保护、管理、服务等方面分析广东省科技服务业专利发展的现状,指出专利创造成绩显著、运用工作较薄弱、保护和管理工作发展势头好、专利服务工作有待加强,基于现状进行SWOT分析,提出以增强广东科技服务业专利质量和竞争力的战略和对策。

This paper uses statistical data analysis and field investigation to analyze the current situation of patent development of scientific and technology service industry in Guangdong province from the aspects of creation, application, protection, management and service, and finds that patent creation work is remarkable, application work is relatively weak, protection and management work is developing well, service work lacks. Based on the current situation survey, using SWOT analysis, proposes the strategy and countermeasures to enhance the Guangdong scientific and technology service industry patent quality and competitiveness.
