市场竞争日益激烈,用户个性化需求愈加突出,打破封闭式创新,让用户参与到企业新产品开发中是企业提高创新能力、取得竞争优势的有效途径。TRIZ理论的物场分析法为突破惯性思维、寻找解决方案提供了思路。本文将TRIZ物场分析法与用户创新源管理相结合,从企业、用户创新源、管理方式以及相互间的作用类型出发,分析模型类型,通过管理方式的替换、搭配,管理主体与用户创新源的引入、改变,针对不同物场模型类型提出了相应解决方案,并以小米公司为案例,指出了企业纳入用户创新源参与新产品开发的流程和对策。

As the user innovation source is increasingly important, companies are looking for efficient management method of user innovation urgently. The TRIZ Field Analysis demonstrates the way to break through inertial thinking and search for resolution. To point out how the process and strategy are managed by a company, TRIZ Field Analysis and user innovation management are combined, based on the collaboration of company, user innovation source and management method. It suggests different solutions for corresponding field models through management substitution and match and introduction of management substance and user innovation source.
