摘要:

提高决策者的即兴决策能力是有效应对突发事件的重要内容。本文以知识管理理论和组织记忆理论为基础,分析了应急知识管理、组织记忆与即兴决策能力之间的关系,构建了基于应急知识管理、组织记忆的即兴决策模型。在揭示应急知识管理与组织记忆之间的耦合关系的基础上,提出了提高即兴决策能力的集成模式。基于应急知识管理、组织记忆流程管理和危机学习的视角探讨了提升决策者的即兴决策能力的具体路径,旨在满足即兴决策的知识需求,从而提高决策者应对突发事件的即兴决策能力。

Abstract:

In order to improve the improvised decision-making capability of the decision makers is an important part of effective response to emergencies. Based on the theory of knowledge management and organizational memory, this paper discusses the relationship between emergency knowledge management,organizational memory and improvised decision-making ,construct an improvised decision-making model based on emergency knowledge management and organizational memory.It reveals the coupling relationship between emergency knowledge management and organizational memory. At the same time,proposes an integrated model to enhance the improvised decision-making capability.Based on the perspective of emergency knowledge management, organizational memory process management and crisis learning,this paper discusses the specific paths to improve the decision-making capability of the decision makers.The aim is to satisfy the demands of the knowledge for the decision makers so as to improve the improvised decision-making capability of decision makers to deal with emergencies.
