“一带一路”是我国新时期对外开放的新倡议，地方科研院所是我国一支重要的科技力量，国际科技合作是地方科研院所实现“一带一路”倡议的重要抓手。本文通过深入分析我国地方科研院所开展国际科技合作的可行性，提出地方科研院所开展国际科技合作的原则、方法和策略。
