    摘要:

    智能制造是工业化转型升级的风向标,但融资困难成为中小企业转型升级的主要障碍。股权市场融资条件高,民间借贷成本风险大,都很难满足企业发展需求,因此,获取金融机构贷款是解决融资难的主要途径,而影响企业贷款获得的主要因素是企业信用评价,可见,建立和完善企业信用评价体系能有效解决智能制造中小企业贷款难题。在文献分析的基础上构建企业信用评价指标体系,结合智能制造中小企业《企业绩效评价标准值》,运用模糊综合评价方法对智能制造企业XX公司的信用进行了评价,得到XX公司最终评价结果为AAA级,为金融机构确定对该公司贷款额度提供了参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Intelligent manufacturing is the weather wane of industrial transformation and upgrading, however, the financing difficulty has become the main barrier in the progress of transformation and upgrading. Neither the high financing conditions in equity markets nor the great cost risk about folk lending meets the demands of enterprises development, as a consequence of that, the main route to solve the financing difficulty is getting loans from financial institutions, and furthermore the main influence factor to obtain loans is the credit evaluation of enterprise. So we can see that the most effective way to settle the financing difficulty about small and medium-sized enterprises in intelligent manufacturing is setting up and completing the credit evaluation system. This article builds the credit evaluation index system of enterprise on the basis of literature analysis, and combines “standard values of enterprise performance evaluation” of small and medium-sized enterprises in intelligent manufacturing, then uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the credit of intelligent manufacturing enterprise XX company. The evaluation result of XX company is AAA, and then provides a reference to financial institutions ensure the amount of loan for this company.
