本文基于数量统计方法设计的政策测量方法对2015、2016年中央和地方（以北京市、上海市、深圳市、杭州市为例）出台的众创空间产业政策进行量化分析，并比较分析了中外创新创业产业政策存在的差异。研究结果表明：我国众创空间产业政策的发展在取得一定成效的同时，在政策连续性、权威性、金融支持力度方面存在问题。为此，本研究进一步提出促进众创空间可持续发展的改进策略，助推众创空间成熟产业政策体系的形成。

Based on the quantitative measurement method，this article quantitatively analyzes the support industrial policy of Maker Space in 2015 and 2016，issued by the state and the local government (Taking Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou as examples). Then it analyzes the differences between internal and external innovation and entrepreneurship industry policy. The results prove that the industrial policy of Maker Space in our country has make progress ,but it also has some problems in terms of policy continuity, authoritative and financial support. Therefore, this study proposes the adjustment strategy to promote the sustainable development of Maker Space, and boosts the formation of the mature industrial policy system.
