科技服务业与传统制造业的协同发展,是传统制造业实现转型升级的重要支撑。从影响科技服务业和制造业协同创新的因素入手,构建复合系统协同度模型,将16个指标分为三个子系统,对我国2005-2015年科技服务业与制造业协同创新程度进行评价。研究发现,在研究的时间区间内,复合系统协同度总体呈现缓慢上升趋势且协同程度较低。针对评价结果,提出促进科技服务业和制造业协同创新的对策建议。

The coordinated development of science and technology service industry and traditional manufacturing industry is an important support for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry. This paper starts from the factors that influence the collaborative innovation of science and technology service industry and manufacturing industry, constructs the cooperative system synergy model, divides the 16 indexes into three subsystems, and evaluates the degree of collaborative innovation of science and technology service industry and manufacturing industry in China from 2005 to 2015. It was found that the synergistic degree of the composite system showed a slow rise trend and a low degree of coordination in the study time interval. In view of the evaluation results, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the collaborative innovation of science and technology service industry and manufacturing industry.
