为评估浙江省科技创新创业政策效果,采用AHP分析法,建立科技创新创业政策实施效果评价指标模型,从科技创新创业政策特性、效应、主题、创业态度、创业活动指数、创业抱负和创业幸福感等7个方面、25个指标评价科技创新创业政策效果,最后从强化科技创新培育政策的顶层设计、实施区域均衡的科技创新培育政策、科学优化科技创业企业扶持政策投入比例等方面提出优化浙江科技创新创业政策体系。

In order to evaluate the effect of science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship policy in Zhejiang Province, AHP analysis method was used to establish the evaluation index model of science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship policy.
