基于复合系统协同度模型,实证分析了2000~2015年中国科技创新—产业升级复合系统相同基期和相邻基期协同度。结果表明:2001~2015年中国科技创新—产业升级复合系统相同基期协同度显著提升,但科技创新系统有序度一直低于产业升级系统有序度,是制约复合系统相同基期协同度进一步提升的关键因素;2001~2015年中国科技创新—产业升级复合系统相邻基期协同度在 [0.014,0.089]之间,处于低度协同演变状态,科技创新与产业升级互促能力有待进一步提升;科技创新与产业升级平衡性发展更能促进复合系统相同基期协同度的提高,即发挥“ ”的整体协同效应,也更能促进复合系统相邻基期协同度的稳定演变。

Based on the coordination measurement model of composite system, the paper analyses China’s the same base and the adjacent base coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation—industrial upgrading composite system from 2000-2015 years by using the composite system coordination degree model. The results show that from 2001-2015 the same base coordination degree of technology innovation—industrial upgrading composite system increased significantly, but the order degree of scientific and technological innovation system has been lower than the industrial upgrading system , which is the key factor that restricting the further enhance of composite system the same base coordination degree; 2001-2015 technology innovation industrial—upgrading composite system the adjacent base coordination degree between [0.014,0.089], is a stable low co evolution, technological innovation and industrial upgrading of mutual promotion ability is not strong; the balanced development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading can promote composite system the same base coordination degree increased, that is to play the whole effect of ,and it can also promote the adjacent base coordination degree of composite system evolution stably .
