党的十八大以来,广东省深入贯彻创新驱动发展战略,成效十分显著。本文基于物理学中的耦合理论建立了创新与区域经济的耦合协调度评价模型和评价体系,从时序和截面两个角度分析广东省创新驱动能力和经济发展水平,并进一步对两系统的耦合协调度进行测度和评价,以期发现广东省在创新驱动发展中存在的问题,为推进创新与经济耦合协调发展提供建议。结果表明,近年来广东省创新驱动发展协调度较高,但也存在创新产出不足和成果转化能力需要加强等问题。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Guangdong Province has thoroughly implemented the strategy of driving innovation and achieved remarkable results. Based on the coupling theory in physics, this paper establishes the coupling coordination evaluation model and evaluation system concerning innovation and regional economy. Accordingly, it analyzes the innovation ability and the economic development level of Guangdong Province from timing and cross-section these two aspects. Furthermore, it measures and evaluates the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in order to find out the problems in the innovation-driven development of Guangdong Province and provide suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of innovation and economy. The results show that in recent years, Guangdong has a high coordination on innovation-driven development. However, it has problems like insufficient innovation output, weak achievement transformation ability and other issues.
