国际科技创新枢纽内涵与广州功能定位

The Connotation of International Science and Technology Innovation Nexus and the Function Positioning of Guangzhou

本文首先界定了国际科技创新枢纽的内涵；其次，分析广州建设国际科技创新枢纽的外部环境及基础条件，发现广州面临世界各大城市加快创新布局、中国迈向创新型国家、广东迈向中等创新型国家和地区水平的外部环境，具备较大的城市规模、较高的发展水平、高效的劳动生产率、中等的研发投入强度等基础条件；在此基础上，提出广州建设国际科技创新枢纽应发挥的主要功能。

Abstract:

Firstly, This paper defines the connotation of International Science and Technology Innovation Nexus. Secondly, it analyses the external environment and basic condition for Guangzhou to construct International Science and Technology Innovation Nexus. It finds that Guangzhou is facing the external environment of Global cities accelerating innovation layout, China marching towards an innovative country and Guangdong marching towards the level of middle innovative countries and regions. It also finds that Guangzhou has the basic condition of large city scale, high developmental level, efficient labor productivity, medium R&D intensity and so on. Based on these, this paper puts forward the main functions of Guangzhou in constructing International Science and Technology Innovation Nexus.
