Abstract:The collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has come to a national strategy, and the process of the collaborative innovation deserve to be studied deeply.This paper selects Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as the object, describing and analyzing several indicators about pharmaceutical manufacturing of past few years, and then we take data of pharmaceutical manufacturing in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei range from 1995 to 2015, which related to patent. Based on these data, we set a composite system synergy model to calculate collaborative degree for both the internal pharmaceutical manufacturing respectively and the whole process, which shows that:(1) The trend of order parameter related to patent indicators is increasing, which tells that the creativity in patent is getting better;(2) The importance of patent value subsystem is getting obvious;(3) The collaborative innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is improving quickly, but it still stick on the medium level. So it is still necessary to coordinate the internal subsystem to make sure there will be a high level of collaborative innovation.
