针对多阶段多方参与的复杂产品关键共性技术研发,引入技术弹性和扩散度,构建讨价还价动态博弈模型,并进行帕累托改进,得到了最优利益分配系数、研发主体最优努力水平和政府最优补贴等。研究结果表明,共性技术弹性越大,共性技术研发主体分配的利益越多;最优研发努力水平随技术弹性和扩散度的增大而增加;技术弹性较小时,应选择企业合作模式;技术弹性较大时,政府参与的企业合作模式更优。

Aiming to cooperative R D modes for multi stages and multi participations of complex product, introducing the elasticity and diffusion of generic technology, we build the bargain dynamic game model and do the pareto improvement. The optimal distribution coefficient, the optimal effort level of enterprises and subsidy of government are gained. The results show that if the elasticity of generic technology is high, the generic technology company gets more benefits. With the increase of elasticity and diffusion of generic technology, the optimal effort level of enterprises is increasing. If the elasticity of generic technology is low, enterprise cooperation mode is better.;if the elasticity is high, the government-involved cooperation mode shows more advantages.
