针对建筑施工企业BIM应用能力评价指标体系构成问题,基于对BIM应用影响因素的分析,结合专家访谈研究,应用扎根理论的编码手段,得到初步的指标体系,包含四个一级指标和十九个二级指标。根据指标形成调研问卷,收集数据,检验问卷的信度,应用因子分析法分析指标体系的构成,剔除了一个二级指标,运用结构方程模型验证了指标体系的合理性并给出了各指标的权重。本研究丰富了BIM理论体系,为正确指导建筑施工企业BIM的应用提供决策依据。

Aiming at the problem of BIM application ability evaluation index system in construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of BIM application and the expert interview, The article uses the coding method of rooting theory to get the initial index system, including four first-level indicators and nineteen secondary indicators. According to the indicators, the questionnaire was collected, the data were collected, the reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed, and the composition of the index system was analyzed by factor analysis. A secondary indicator was eliminated, and the structural equation model was used to verify the rationality of the index system and given the weight of each indicator. This study enriches the BIM theory system and provides the decision basis for correctly guiding the application of BIM in construction enterprise.
