Abstract:Due to the relative dispersion of organization, the complexity and diversity of innovative tasks and users’ free and voluntary participation, the inherent mechanism of knowledge acquisition in crowdsourcing innovation has not been clear. Based on the process of crowdsourcing innovation, a grounded theory approach is adopted to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of knowledge acquisition in crowdsourcing innovation. Combined with conceptualization, category and coding of qualitative analysis material, the influencing factor model of knowledge acquisition in crowdsourcing innovation is constructed. We get four axial coding, including knowledge source’s characteristics, knowledge acquisition situation, knowledge demander’s characteristics and task attribute. Theory of saturated inspection is used to verify the scientific nature and rationality of the model.
