Research on the Construction of Science and Technology Think Tankin Shaanxi Province

摘要:

科技智库作为智库的重要分支,其建设和发展正日益受到关注。本研究采用文献分析法、案例分析法以及统计调查法等,探索性地分析科技智库信息需求以及现有智库各组成要素之间的互动关系,并针对科技智库存在问题与不足,利用专家咨询法和头脑风暴法,立足“抓战略”、“抓规划”、“抓政策”、“抓服务”四方面,提出以科技信息服务机构为支持的陕西省科技智库构建方案。

Abstract:

As an important branch of the think tank, the construction and development of Science and Technology(S T) Think Tank is increasingly concerned about. In this paper, we do exploratory analysis about the information needs of S T Think Tank and the interaction between the elements of existing think tank, by literature analysis, case analysis method and statistical survey. In view of the problems and shortcomings of S T Think Tank, we use expert consultation and brainstorming, then propose the construction plan about the construction of S T Think Tank in Shaanxi Province, with the support of S T information service institution, based on "grasping the strategy", "grasping the planning", "grasping the policy" and "grasping the services".
