Abstract:Using the method of principal component analysis and comparative analysis to evaluate the ecological environment in scientific and technological human resources and put forward the optimization measures in Qingdao city. Firstly, we based on the PEST model, which is divided into four dimensions: policy environment, economic environment, social environment and scientific and technological environment, construct the multilevel evaluation index system of the ecological environment in scientific and technological human resources. Secondly, using SPSS21.0 software to get the comprehensive score and ranking in each city, and evaluate the scientific and technological human resources ecological environment in Qingdao. Finally, combined the evaluation results with the actual situation of Qingdao, put forward the targeted measures and suggestions to optimize the ecological environment in scientific and technological human resources of Qingdao city.
