如何提高多学科专业研究生协同创新能力已成为当前研究生教育发展的热点问题。从团队视角出发,通过对294个在校跨学科创新团队的问卷调查,运用回归分析方法对知识共享多样性和复杂性在团队特征与协同创新间的中介效应以及团队学习能力的调节效应进行了研究。实证研究发现:知识共享多样性和复杂性在团队特征与协同创新的关系中具有中介效应;团队学习能力在知识共享多样性与协同创新之间起到正向调节作用,在知识共享复杂性与协同创新之间不具有调节作用。

The collaborative innovation of multidisciplinary graduate students has become a hot issue in the development of postgraduate education.From the perspective of the team, the mediating effect of the diversity and complexity of knowledge sharing on team characteristics and collaborative innovation and the moderating effect of team learning ability were studied by using regression analysis method, based on the questionnaire survey of 294 interdisciplinary innovation teams.The empirical study shows that the diversity and complexity of knowledge sharing have a mediating effect in the relationship between team characteristics and collaborative innovation. Team learning ability plays a positive role in the diversity of knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation but it has no regulatory role in the complexity of knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation.
